Our Deputy Supervisor
Greg Mahar began his duties for the supervisor in 1992 and
specializes with working with constituents. Among his
responsibilities are serving as alternate delegate on the the
Downriver Joint Management Committee, the Downriver Community
Conference, the 33rd District Court Committee and the South Huron
Valley Utility Authority Committee.
He is chairman of the Brownstown Building Authority, which supervised Township Hall renovations, and was responsible for construction of the police station.
He initiated the first American Extravaganza in 2000 and has served as chairman of that patriotic musical event each and every year.
Mahar has a degree in speech with a minor in political science, along with coursework in journalism and public relations.
