Boards and Commissions

Not all community business is handled by elected officials serving on the Board of Trustees or sitting in the offices of the Supervisor, Treasurer and Clerk.

In many instances, important business of Brownstown residents is handled by volunteers who serve on various community boards and commissions.

These panels are charged with either upholding and applying specific provisions of local ordinances, or helping improve the quality of life in the community.
