Animal Control

One of the most frequently used services is animal control, which is provided to Brownstown Township residents by Brownstown Township. Animal Control operates under the DPW Department. Two uniformed Animal Control Officers comprise Brownstown Township’s Animal Control Unit. These officers, operating from the township’s state-certified animal shelter, respond to calls for service involving domestic and farm animals and all wildlife.
